Being wise about how you spend, invest, and earn your money, is essential for everyone. Even for students, the topics of college tuition, scholarships, and their relations with finance, cannot be overlooked. In our everyday lives, we easily forget how important it is to save the dollars and bills in our pockets---this is the opportunity to learn more and inspire brighter futures! The Financial Literacy Event will change the way you see MONEY---having the ability to manage your money is the ability to be in control of your life. This event will bring personal finance exposure to the students of Oxford Academy and the community. With an incredibly influential lineup of speakers, the California State Treasurer---Mr. John Chiang, Capital Resources, President and Owner---Rick Kagawa, Oxford Academy Principal---Mr. Hoshi, and AUHSD Superintendent---Mr. Matsuda, the NEW GEN Financial Literacy Event will be an eye-opener to students and community members of all ages.
